Financial Aid & Scholarship;
PM Vidyalaxmi Scheme
Offers interest-subsidized, collateral-free loans to students attending Quality Higher Education Institutions (QHEIs) to further their education. During the moratorium, qualified students are given a 3% interest subsidy. This program seeks to assist more than 22 lakh kids each year.
PM-USP Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship
Provides scholarships to students with family incomes up to ₹4.5 lakh annually and who place above the 80th percentile in Class XII. For the first three years, the scholarship offers ₹12,000 year, and for the next two, it offers ₹20,000 annually.
The PM-USP Special Scholarship Program for Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir
Every year, 5,000 scholarships are given to J&K and Ladakh students who are studying for undergraduate and integrated degrees outside of their native states. The program offers a maintenance allowance of ₹1 lakh annually and pays tuition costs up to ₹3 lakh annually.

Development of Skills and Vocational Training
PMKVY, or Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana
Provides short-term training in a number of fields, including manufacturing, healthcare, and IT. Through centers recognized by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the program offers certification and placement support.
Skill India Mission:
Includes programs like PRAGATI, which offers training in manufacturing, healthcare, and renewable energy, and the Digital India Program, which offers free courses in AI, cybersecurity, and data science.
Online Learning Platform:-
Swayam:-Government-run website that provides free online courses in a variety of areas from Class 9 through graduation. Leading universities like as IITs and IIMs create the courses.
Diksha:-A nationwide platform that facilitates the production and dissemination of educational content in many states and languages by offering instructors and students digital tools and training materials
School Education & Nutrition ;

Mid Day Meal Scheme (PM Poshan)

🚍 Transportation & Accessibility:-
Subsidized Bus Pass in MH:- Students in Maharashtra will begin receiving subsidized State Transport (ST) bus passes at their schools and universities on June 16, 2025. Under the “Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar” system, female students up to grade 12 are entitled for free passes, and monthly passes are discounted by 66.66%.

Program of Young Scientist:- ISRO offers Class 9 kids an annual space education and training program with the goal of igniting their interest in space technology at an early age.
Khelo India Youth Game:- An annual multidisciplinary grassroots sports competition for students aged 17 and 21 at the national level that offers scholarships to top performers so they can practice and be ready for competitions abroad.

Educations loans provided by NBCFDC:-
For students from the Backward Classes who earn less than twice the poverty line, NBCFDC offers educational loans so they can pursue graduate-level or higher education general, professional, or technical courses or trainings. The maximum loan amount is Rs. 10 lakh in India and Rs. 20 lakh outside. The interest rate is 4% per annum, with a special concessional rate of 3.5% per annum for female students.
85% of NBCFDC loans are for study overseas, while 90% are for studies in India.
